Unsigned, Swiss, "Calendrier perpetuel perfectionne", No. 14025, circa 1880. Fine and rare 18K gold, hunting cased, keyless moon phase astronomical watch with a fly-back perpetual calendar.
C. Four body, massive, "bassine et filets", engineturned (worn), with reeded band. Gold cuvette. D. White enamel with Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds and symmetrical month small chapter ring, apertures for the moon phase volvelle and the clays of the week, sector for the fly-back calendar (small hairlines). Gold "spade" hands. M. 20"', nickel plated, "a vagues " decoration, 19 jewels, two gold screwed settings, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. In very good condition. Diam. 56 mm.
