Ligeron, Horloger de la Marine, 27 Boulevard Bonne Nouvelle, Paris, No. 78514, sold to M. Pagenel on 19 November 1911, for 675 Francs. Fine 18K gold keyless pocket lever chronometer. Bulletin de Premiere classe de l'Observatoire National de Besancon, No. 1166, in 1911, awarded a Gold Medal with 200,1 marks. Accompanied with the medal, the original invoice and original certificate and timing records from the observatory, in the original fitted box.

Gold "spade" hands. M. 18 " ', gilt brass with punch-mark in form of a viper's head set by the Observatory of Besancon, 20 jewels, brass-invar Guillaume balance, blued steel balance spring with terminal curve. Signed on the dial and case. In very good condition. Diam. 51 mm.
