Double body, Directoire with split-pearl set bezels, the back with a charming enamelled scene, painted in a roe-cut diamond-set framed medallion, of a loving couple reading a letter in a garden, outer white champleve enamelled floral decoration. D. White enamel with Breguet numerals. Gold Breguet hands. M. Hinged gilt brass full plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain brass threearm balance, flat balance spring, gilt brass continental cock with polished steel end-piece. In very good condition. Diam. 52 mm.
