Ls. Van Calker, Niedietendorf, circa 1780. Fine 18K varicoloured gold watch with matching chatelaine.
C. Double body, Louis XVI, the bezels chased with interlaced decoration, the back with a fine three coloured gold vase of flowers over a matted ground and framed by a garland of roses on a hatched ground. Five element gold matching chatelaine. D. White enamel with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring (slightly restored). Gold chased "poker and beetle " hands. M. Hinged gilt brass full plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain brass three-arm balance, flat balance spring, gilt brass continental cock with garnet end-stone. Signed on the dial and back plate. In very good condition. Diam. 43 mm.
