Outer, double body, entirely engraved with brightcut pattern line work decorated with pallets, roundels and wavy lines in white and royal blue translucent enamel, the back centred with a classical urn, the chatelaine decorated en suite, with gilt clip, suspending three panels and four chains, with original key and complementary eye-glass, vinaigrette urn and hair locket. hnner, double body pierced and engraved with inhabited foliage and grotesque mask. Gilt-metal dust cap. D. White enamel, Roman and Arabic numerals. Blued-steel beetle-and-poker-hands. M. Gilt brass fullplate, turned pillars, fusee with chain, cylinder escapement with steel escape wheel, plain three-am steel balance and flat spring. English pattern balance cock with diamond end-stone. Quarter-repeating on a bell and a-toe by depressing the pendant. Signed on the back plate, dial and dust cap. In very good condition. Diam: 46mm. Overall: 173mm.
