J. Pre. Musset a Geneve, No. 606, circa 1770. Fine 20K gold quarter repeating watch.

C. Double body, Louis XV, the back pierced on the border with a scroll work decoration and centred with an engrave rosette. D. White enamel with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring (slightly restored on the edge). Gold Louis XV hands. M. Hinged gilt brass full plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee with chain, plain brass three-arm balance, flat balance spring, gilt brass continental cock with polished steel end-piece. Repeating on a bell by depressing the pendant. Gilt brass dust cap. Signed on the dial and back plate. In good condition. Diam. 45 mm.
