Tiffany & Co., Swiss, No. 78445, circa 1920. Fine and rare 18K gold, keyless minute repeating watch with split second chronograph and 60-minute instantaneous recorder.

C. Four body, massive, "demi-bassine", polished, the back engraved with a monogram. Hinged gold cuvette. D. White enamel with radial Arabic numerals, red outer Arabic minute and chronograph ring, sunk subsidiary seconds and minute register. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. 16"', rhodium plated, 36 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Minute repeating on gongs with slide in the band. Chronograph with visible work, released by depressing the winding crown and with split second push piece in the band. Signed on the dial and movement. In very good condition. Diam. 46 min.
