To be Sold Without Reserve, Jules Jürgensen, Copenhagen, No. 13668. Made in Switzerland circa 1880. Very fine, hunting-cased, keyless, 18K pink gold pocket watch.
C. Four-body, "bassine et filets", solid, polished, monogrammed front cover, glazed gold cuvette. D. White enamel with painted radial Roman numerals, outer minute ring, sunk subsidiary seconds dial. Blued steel "Breguet" hands. M. Cal. 20???, nickel, 19 jewels, most in screwed gold châtons, straight line counterpoised long lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with gold screws, blued steel Breguet balance-spring, off-center index regulator with Jürgensen micrometer scale, Jules Jürgensen patented bow-setting mechanism. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 55 mm.
