Unsigned, probably made in Sainte-Croix, Swiss, circa 1880. "La Toilette de Venus" Fine and unusual silver and enamel music box.

C. Two part with a fine enamel panel painted with a charming scene of Venus with Nymphs and Cupid; the side panels chased with foliage decoration, engine-turned back, key compartment on the back with hinged lid. M. 57 mm. pin cylinder with 17 groups of three vibrating blades. Dim. 93 x 78 mm.
