A very fine gold-plated and enamel key-winding pocket watch; enamel dial with arabic numerals, signed "matthey et compagnie." The caseback is beautifully decorated with a translucent royal blue enamel romantic scene, depicting a couple by a fountain set with rose-cut diamonds and half-pearls.
