Montblanc created this pen in 1998 in honour of Edgar Allen Poe (1809-1849), in a limited and numbered edition of 17 000 examples. The seventh of Montblanc’s “Writers Edition”.
Midnight-blue marbled resin pen body that evoke the sense of mystery and imagination of Poe’s works. The classic look is embellished by Victorian-style engraved gold rings circling the cap.
The ball-point-pen was produced in a limited and numbered edition of … 000 examples.
The mechanical pencil was produced in a limited and numbered edition of … 000 examples.
A set of three writing instruments, comprising a fountain-pen, a ball-point-pen and a mechanical pencil, was produced in a limited and numbered edition of 3 000 examples.
