Notes

Montblanc, “Lorenzo de’Medici”

Montblanc created this pen in 1992 in honour of Lorenzo de’Medici (1449-1492), a member of the powerful Florentine family that exerted its great influence on behalf of artists and thinkers, thus fostering the Renaissance, in a limited and numbered edition of 4 810 examples. The first of Montblanc’s “Patron of Art Edition”.

The pen’s sterling silver octagonal barrel is engraved with emblems suggestive of the Age of the Medici.

This coveted pen, which pays tribute to the House of Medici, has become one of Montblanc’s most admired creations.
