Notes

Montblanc, “Sir Henri Tate”

Montblanc created this pen in 2006 in honour of Sir Henri Tate (1819-1899), a philanthropist best known for founding the art museum, The Tate Britain, in a limited and numbered edition of 4 810 examples. The sixteenth of Montblanc’s “Patron of Art Edition”.

The platinum-plated safety pen’s geometric lines recall the architecture of the museum, featuring inlaid panels of wave-patterned guilloché (engine-turned) finished in red lacquer
