A very fine and rare, 18k gold, manual wind open face, key winding pocket watch, finely turquoise enamel simulated shagreen decorated case, the reverse surrounded by a polychrome enamel painted wreath of flowers centred by a pansy. White enamel dial with radial Turkish numerals.
