MOVADO REF. 19038 CHRONOGRAPH STEEL Movado, Chronograph, Ref. 19038. Made in the 1940s. Fine, water-resistant, stainless steel wristwatch with round button chronograph, register, tachometer and a stainless steel link bracelet with deployant clasp. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.

Two-body, solid, polished, stepped inclined bezel, faceted lugs, screwed-down case back. Silver with applied steel dart indexes and Arabic 12, subsidiary guilloché dials for the seconds, 12-hour and 60-minute registers, outer 1/5th seconds track and blue tachometer scale. Blued steel feuille hands. Cal. C 95 M, rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, index regulator.
