Notes

This watch is the historic replica of the first Panerai wristwatch produced since 1938. It is No. 8 of a new limited series of60 examples, impossible to ever reproduce. The Mignatta, explosive mobile torpedo, the S.L.C. Silvro a Lenta Corsa was frequently used by the Italian Navy during WWII. Manned by one or two marines sitting directly on it, they could steer the torpedo close to the enemy objective.Swimming in the water, they could direct the projectile with great precision and let it continue its course to destroy its target. A small boat would then pick up the marines.
