Notes

The Omas Roma Limited Edition fountain pen is the first edition in the distinguished "Le Città" collection, which celebrates the world's most significant cities, starting with Rome, Italy. Every facet of this limited edition pen captures the essence of the Roman capital. The barrel prominently features the famous Flavian Amphitheater, or "Colosseum," symbolizing the Roman Empire's growth through avant-garde architecture. Above the Colosseum, the common Roman phrase, “S.P.Q.R. Senatus Populus Quiritium Romanus” (The Senate and People of Rome), is inscribed. Further enriching the design, the barrel band displays a stylized planesphere where Italy is positioned and that is the recurrent theme of “Le Città” collection, and the Latin sentence, "Roma caput mundi regit orbis frena rotundi" ("Rome capital city of the world holds the reins of the world in its hands"). Above this is the Latin number "DCCLIII" (753), marking Rome’s founding year. The pen's clip features a distinctive design to resemble the iconic Roman arcades.
