Notes

As described in the book Omega Saga by Marco Richon, the caliber 33.3 was created by Lemania in 1933. Equipped with an independent start-stop reset button located at 2 o clock. In 1938, this function would be doubled by integrating a button in the crown such as this example (some are seen with this function located at 4 o clock). Featuring a large 38mm.case, this example has been very well kept over the years and features a rare attractive black dial with Breguet numerals which are extremely rarely found. Please note that upon requesting the extract from the archives we received this notice: Due to the nature of vintage archives in certain cases information has not survived, is unreadable or even missing. We regret to inform you that unfortunately the provided serial number 9380022 falls onto that category, so we are unable to issue an Extract from the Archives. For similar examples please see Omega watches from John Goldberger page 75 and Omega Saga by Marco Richon page 532 and 533.
