Notes

Ref. DL 345.0803 Launched in 1982. These watches were destined for the German speaking countries of central Europe including Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Lichtenstein. Like many of the so-called ?Teutonic Speedys? the case of this watch closely resembles that of the Mark V, however that moniker should be reserved for watches with the Calibre 1045, and are marked ?Mark V? on the dial. The present watch is also interesting in that it has a case-back signed ?Seamaster? this is due to the fact that ?Speedmasters? are a sub-line of the ?Seamaster? family. Many of the watches made for the Germanic market have backs signed ?Seamaster? and most have the calibre number engraved on the case back. This watch is published on pages 100-101 of ?The Master of Omega?.
