Omega Medical Chronograph Omega, No. 4766905, case No. 6489617. Made circa 1925. Very fine and rare, keyless, 18K yellow gold Doctor's hunting cased dress watch with chronograph, instantaneous 30- minute register and pulsometer with alternating black and red Arabic numbers.

C. Four-body, bassine, solid, polished, chronograph pushbutton at 6 o?clock. Hinged gold cuvette. D. White enamel with Paris numerals, outer minute/seconds and 1/5th seconds chronograph divisions, subsidiary dials for the constant seconds and 30-minute registers, outermost pulsometer graduation scale with alternating black and red numerals and calibrated for 30 pulsations. Gold spade hands. M. Cal. 17??? Lop B CHRO, frosted gilt, 3/4-plate, 25 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Case, dial and movement signed. Diam. 51 mm.
