Made in 1969 in a limited edition of 1014 examples made in 1969-1972, sold on March 18, 1970. Fine and rare, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with round button chronograph, registers, tachometer and an 18K yellow gold Omega link bracelet. Accompanied by the original guarantee.

Champagne with applied yellow gold and black inlay indexes, outer 1/5th seconds track, subsidiary sunk guilloche dials for the seconds, the 12-hour and 30-minute registers. Yellow gold and black baton hands. M. Cal. 861, copper-colored, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, selfcompensating flat balance spring, index regulator. This Speedmaster Apollo XI has remained in almost unused condition. The movement, the bracelet, the bezel and the dial are virtually as new and this is surely the nicest example to appear at auction in recent years.
