Notes

This reference is also called ?Ed White? by collectors because this is the Speedmaster reference that was used during the first EVA (Extra Vehicular Activity), or Space Walk, made by the astronaut Ed White during the Gemini 4 mission on June 3, 1965. The watch does not have the ?Professional? title on the dial and features straight lugs. The present lot also exhibits an attractive slight fading of the bezel.
