OMEGA, REF. 2277 PULSATION CHRONOGRAPH Omega, No. 24011944, case No. 11187065 Ref. 2277. Made in the late 1950s. Fine, 18k yellow gold wristwatch with square button chronograph, registers and pulsation scale. Accompanied by a fitted box.
C. Three-body, polished and brushed, triangular concave lugs. D. Matte silver with applied yellow gold Arabic and dart indexes, 1/5th seconds divisions, outer blue pulsation scale, subsidiary guilloché dials for the constant seconds, the 30-minute and 12-hour registers. Yellow gold épée hands. M. Cal. 321, copper-colored, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, selfcompensating blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 32 mm. Thickness 12 mm.
