OMEGA - 24 HOUR DAY AND NIGHT DIAL Omega, movement No. 6327430, case No. 7139344. Made circa 1927. Fine and very unusual, silver and pink gold capped, keyless pocket watch with 24-hour day and night dial, the hour hand making one full rotation in 24-hours. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed, the case with Swiss and German silver marks.
