Notes

This series of the celebrated Marine Chronometer was launched in 1974. The dimensions of this first generation ofMegaquartz Omega Chronometers called for an unusually long steel block case (conceived by Henri Schneider, chief ofthe pilot's Line), whose impressive height was attenuated by two long chamfered edges, making it resemble a truncatedpyramid.
