According to the consignor, some of the electronic components may have been developed by the Swiss company Institut Battelle and were sold to him by an engineer working at the firm. Most probably these were very early examples maybe to be presented to some Omega executives that were presented in Basel in 1970. There are some very finely etched numbers on the case N0 01 and 07, that show that these were most likely very early test models, never meant to be commercialised.
