Notes

Property of a Dutch collector.
Made in 1014 examples between 1969 and 1972 in celebration of Apollo XI. While the first 32 watches were given to personalities including astronauts. It appears that some were without numbers (for a similar example without, please see MoonWatch Only by Rossier and Marquie, page 353).
This example is a late series un-numbered version with a late serial. It is further confirmed by the rare MK II Burgundy bezel (DNN- Dot next to Ninety) versus the usual DO90 (DON- Dot Over Ninety).
