Three-body, polished and brushed, screw-down case back with embossed Speedmaster logo, outer tachometer scale to 500 UPH reverse painted on the sapphire crystal, hooded lugs. Matte black with painted luminous baton indexes, inner Arabic five minute numerals, outer 1/5th second scale, subsidiary dials for the seconds and the 12-hour register, the 24 hours with night/day indication by means of an arrow on a revolving disc, 60-minute register by means of a white central jet hand, aperture for the date.
