Notes

The Certificate of Authenticity (No. 38 751), dated September. 3, 2020, mentioned that this watch was delivered on September 29, 1966, in Switzerland; with the remarks:
“The present watch is an Omega Speedmaster “Third Generation” model. In fact the Speedmaster ref. ST 105.003 was the model tested and flight-qualified by NASA during the original qualification tests in 1965. During the subsequent Gemini IV mission, astronaut Edwart White wore a NASA-issued ST 105.003 during his first Space Walk, earning the model the nick-name “Ed White” by affectionate collectors. At the moment of expertise we observed the presence of an original patinated dial. The hands are original as is the bezel with correct “Dot over 90” mark. The correctly signed and stamped caseback is original and the condition of the watch at the moment of the authenticity research is consistent with Omega service policies.”
