Patek Philippe Ref. 3445 It was the first simple calendar wristwatch made by Patek Philippe. It was in production for 20 years from 1961 to 1981. According to our research, only nine other examples of the Reference 3445 in platinum are known to have appeared on the open market, three of these have diamond set dials.
