Patek Philippe & Cie., Geneve, No. 191449, case No. 610485, produced in 1924, sold on 4 February 1937. Fine and unusual chromium plated keyless table lever chronometer with stop button.

C. Three piece, "variee carrure plate " , polished. D. Frosted silver with black indexes and subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "feuilles " hands. M. 22 "' , "Torpedo" gilt brass, 20 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, brass-invar Guillaume balance, Breguet balance spring with swan neck micrometric index, stop button in the band. Signed on the dial, case and movement. Accompanied by Extract from the Archives. Diam. 96 mm.
