Patek Philippe & Cie., Geneve, No. 138623, case No. 251975, made in 1907, sold to Ryrie Bros., Toronto, Canada., on 2 April 1909. Very fine 18K gold pocket chronometer, awarded the Mention Honorable with 219,2, with a Bulletin of First Class for the timing contest organised at the Observatory of Geneva in 1908.

C. Four body, massive, "demi-bassine", polished. Hinged gold cuvette. D. White enamel with Breguet numerals, outer red Arabic minute ring and sunk subsidiary seconds. Gold "Louis XV" hands. M. 18"', "Extra quality", rhodium plated, "fausses cotes" decoration, 21 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, brass-invar Guillaume balance, "Extra" adjustment by W. Beaufrere, Breguet balance spring with swan neck micrometric index. Signed on the dial, case and movement. hl very good condition with Extract from the Archives and photocopies of the records of the timing contest. Diam. 49 mm.
