D. silvered two ton with Arabic numerals and indexes, outer minute and chronograph ring and tachometer scale calibrated for 1000 meters, 8vbsidiary seconds and minute register. Gold "feuilles" hands. M. 18"', rhodium plated, "fausses cotes" decoration, 24 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with Patel< Philippe patented micrometric index. Chronograph with visible work, pus pieces on the winding crown. Signed on the dial, case and movement. In very good condition. Diam. 50 mm.

Stainless steel chronograph by Patek Philippe are extremely rare; most of the examples known to exist are made from chronograph wristwatch movement. The movement of this watch can be compared with that of the best pocket watches with chronograph made of 18K gold, at the same period.
