?Belle Epoque? Patek Philippe & Cie, Geneve, No. 161868, case No. 265134. Manufactured in 1910, sold on June 19th 1913. Beautiful and extremely rare platinum, enamel and diamond half-open face ultra-thin lady's wristwatch with a platinum and yellow gold expandable bracelet composed of 7 translucent blue enamel diamond-set elements, each set with 2 rows of rose-cut diamonds. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.

Four-body, ?bassine?, solid, polished, "guilloché", platinum bezel band covered with translucent blue enamel decoration surrounded two rows of rose cut diamonds, central integral lugs also set with diamonds, bracelet en suite, case back with engraved monogram FFM, hinged platinum cuvette. D. White enamel with painted Breguet numerals and outer minute track. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. Cal. 9''' ultra-thin, rhodium plated, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance with 8 adjustments, flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 26 mm. Approx. overall length 165 mm.

The Extract from the Archives accompanying the watch confirms its manufacture in 1910, making it one of the earliest Patek Philippe wristwatches to have appeared at auction.
