?Two-tone? Patek, Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 881954, case No. 642941. Made in the 1940s. Very fine, thin, keyless, 18K yellow gold dress watch, two-tone dial.
C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, lapidated bezel. D. Two-tone silver with applied yellow gold Roman numerals and pyramid indexes on an outer reserve, "guilloché" subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold "bâton" hands. M. Cal. 37 mm. (16 1/2'''), stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, Breguet balance-spring, "swan-neck" micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 48 mm. Thickness: 8 mm.
