Patek Philippe & Cie., Geneve, No. 197794, case No. 414722, made for Tiffany & Co., circa 1922. Fine and extremely rare 18 ct. gold, keyless minute repeating watch with 32 hour power reserve indication.

C. Three body "demi-bassine" polished, with concealed hinge. Hinged gold cuvette. D. Matt silver with applied gold Breguet numerals and subsidiary seconds with inner sunk Up-and-Down scale. Gold Breguet hands. M. 17"', rhodium plated, "fausses cotes" decoration, 31 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, eight adjustments, Breguet balance spring. Repeating on gongs with slide in the band. Signed on the dial, case and movement. In very good condition with "Extrait des Registres". Diam. 46 mm.
