?Minute-Repeat? Patek Philippe & Cie., Genève, No. 174607. Made circa 1916. Very fine and rare, thin, keyless, minute-repeating, Art Nouveau style 18K yellow gold, platinum, and enamel dress watch with a diamond-set winding crown.
C. Three-body, "demi bassine", solid, polished, case back with blue enamel and yellow gold monogram, inside engraved with a dedication dated 1916, winding crown set with a large faceted diamond. D. ?Guilloché? silver with applied yellow gold Arabic numerals on a plain outer reserve, sunk subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold "Breguet" hands. M. Cal. 17"', maillechort, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 29 jewels, straight line counterpoised lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with 8 adjustments, blued steel Breguet balance spring, repeating on gongs via activating slide on the band.
