Patek Philippe & Cie., Genève, No. 198122 case No. 418645, made for Tiffany & Co. New York, circa 1923. Very fine 18 ct. gold keyless dress-watch with split seconds chronograph, tachometer and 30 minute instantaneous recorder.
C. Three body, massive, "demi-bassine", polished with concealed hinge. D. Satine silver with applied gold Arabie numerals, outer minute and chronograph ring, the tachometer scale calibrated for 1000 meters, subsidiary seconds and minute register. Gold "feuilles" hands. M. 17"', rhodium plated three-quarter plate, "fausses côtes" decoration, 28 jewels, straight lire lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with swan neck micrometric index. Chronograph with visible work, operated from the winding crown and with split seconds push piece in the band. Signed on the dial, case and movement. In very good condition, in a later Patek Philippe fitted box. Diam. 46 mm.
