Patek Philippe & Cie., Genève, No. 65766, case No. 65766, made for Bailey Banks & Biddle, Philadelphia in 1883, sold on 21 June 1887. Very fine 18 ct. pink gold, hunting cased, keyless minute repeating, moon phase, astronomical watch, with perpetual calendar and chronograph.

C. Four body, massive, "bassine", polished, a monogram engraved on the cover. Hinged gold cuvette engraved with a dedication dated 1890. D. White enamel, with Roman mimerais, outer Arabic minute and chronograph rings, subsidiary dials for the days of the week, the months and the date, with outer subsidiary seconds, moon phase aperture with moon calendar on the border (very small pair lhle). Blued steel "spade" hands. M. 19"', nickel plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 38 jewels, counterpoised, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, special adjustment, Breguet balance spring. Repeating on gongs with slide in the band. Chronograph with visible work, the push piece in the band. Signed on the dial, case and movement. In very good condition. Diam. 55 mm.
