Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 198369, case No. 416660, started in 1930 and sold in 1934. Extremely fine and probably unique 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch with single button split second chronograph and register with certificate.

C. massive, polished, hinged back. D. mat silver with painted Arabic numerals and indexes + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials. " Feuille" blued steel bands. M. 13 '" rhodiumed, 28 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, Breguet balance-spring, the coaxial single button on the winding-crown is for start-stop and return to zero functions of the chronograph, the single button on the band is for the split-second chronograph functions. Dial, case and movement signed. In excellent condition. Diam. 35 mm.
