Patek Philippe & Cie., Genève, No. 124534, case No. 231838, made for Henry J. Howe, Syracuse, N.Y., circa 1905. Fine 18 ct. gold, keyless minute repeating watch with split seconds chronograph and 30 minute instantaneous recorder.
C. Four body, massive, "bassine", polished. Hinged gold cuvette. D. White enamel with Breguet numerals, outer red Arabic minute and chronograph rings, sunk subsidiary seconds and minute register. Gold "Louis XV" hands. M. 17"', nickel plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 39 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with swan neck micrometric index. Repeating on gongs with slide in the band. Chronograph with visible work, button on the the winding crown, the split seconds push piece in the band. Signed on the dial case and movement. In very good condition. Diam. 48 mm.
