Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, "Reversible", No. 823422, case No. 609483, for Gübelin Lucerne, circa 1934. Exceptionally fine and rare rectangular, reversible, 18 ct. white and yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch, with fitted box.

C. massive, polished, bicolour, reeded bezel, black enamel monogramm on the back with the letters " A.B." D. mat silver with applied gold indexes and Roman numerals + auxiliary seconds dial. M. 9"', rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 15 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Dim. 23 x 37 mm.

Only two other examples of Patek Philippe " Reversible" wristwatches are known today, one lady's and one gentleman's model, the latter was sold by Antiquorum in March 1985, and both are the property of Patek Philippe Private Museum in Geneva.
