Patek, Philippe & Cie, Genève, movement No. 90790, retailed and cased by Tiffany & Co., New York. Made in 1892, sold on December 26, 1892. Very fine, keyless, 5-minute-repeating, 18K pink gold pocket watch with splitseconds chronograph. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.

White enamel with painted Breguet numerals, outer minute and outermost chronograph divisions with five-minute/seconds red Arabic markers. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. Cal. 19''', nickel, half plate, "fausses côtes" decoration, 28 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, Breguet balance spring, split-seconds mechanism under the dial, repeating on gongs by activating slide on the band. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 46 mm. Thickness 15 mm.
