Gold "spade" hands. M. 18- gilt brass, gold train of wheels, 21 jewels, straight line lever escapement "à moustaches", cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with Patek Philippe patented micrometric index. Signed on the dial, case and movement. In good condition. Diam. 49 mm.
