C. Four body, "demi-bassine", polished, the cover engraved with the monogram "M.T.". Gold cuvette. D. White enamel with Breguet numerals and sunk subsidiary seconds. Gold "spade" hands. M.17-, gilt brass, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement "à moustaches", cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with Patek Philippe patented micrometric index. Signed on the dial, case and movement. In very good condition. Diam. 50 mm.
