Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, "Savonnette", No. 817624, case No. 606797, for Eberhard Milan, sold on the 13 June 1929. Extremely fine and rare square, 18ct yellow gold and platinum gentleman's wristwatch with concealed dial.

C. bi-colour, massive, polished, satined, yellow gold engraved band, bezel and hinged back. By the means of two pushpieces, the yellow gold and platinum cover opens, showing the dial, platinum lugs. D. champagne with enamelled Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds dial. "Spade" blued steel hands. M. 9"' gilt brass, 15 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Dim. 26 x 26 mm. Estimate:
