Accompanied by a fitted box, copy of the Washington Bureau of Standards ?Class A? certificate and the U.S. Department of Commerce?s ?Testing of Timepieces? brochure dated 1941.

Cal. 19???, rhodium-plated, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 23 jewels, straight line counterpoised lever escapement, anibal-brass Guillaume balance with "winged" arms, gold temperature adjustment screws and platinum mean time ones, special alloy Breguet balance spring with inner and outer terminal curve, diamond endstone, "swan-neck" micrometer regulator.
