Very fine and rare, large, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with an 18k yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the original fitted box and certificate of origin.

C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, flat bezel, concave lugs. D. Satiné silver with applied yellow gold bâton and pyramid indexes, Roman numeral at 12, subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold baton hands. M. Cal. 12''', stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self compensating Breguet balance spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness: 9 mm.
