Patek Philippe & Cie., Genève, No. 174515, case No. 401599, made for Samuel Kirk & Son Co., Baltimore, Circa 1915. Very fine and rare, 18 ct. gold, keyless minute repeating watch with split seconds chronograph and 30 minute instantaneous recorder, in original fitted box.

C. Three body, massive, "bassine", polished with invisible hinges, a black champleve enamelled Art-Deco monogram on the back. Gold cuvette with the engraved name of the first owner. D. White enamel with Breguet numerals, outer red Arabic minute and chronograph ring, sunk subsidiary seconds and minute register. Gold Louis XV hands. M. 17-, rhodium plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 40 jewels, counterpoised adjustable straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, eight adjustments, blued steel Breguet balance spring with swan-neck micrometric index. Repeating on gongs with slide in the band. Chronograph with visible work and push piece on the winding crown, split seconds push piece in the band. Signed on the dial, case and movement. In very good condition. Diam. 47mm.
