M.18"' nickel plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 21 jewels, one gold screwed setting counterpoised adjustable straight line lever escapement, brass-invar Guillaume balance, Extra adjustment, blued steel balance spring with terminal curve and the Patek Philippe patented micrometric index. Signed on the dial, case and movement. In very good condition. Diam. 49mm.
